What is in the launch range?
The launch range is the Guys Guys Guys Hero Back-Print T-Shirt, Caravan Man Club Guys Guys Guys Hoodie, Guys Guys Guys Embroidered Cap and Guys Guys Guys Mug. The sticker pack is deliberately being held back from launch.
How is the merchandise produced?
The four launch products are configured for print-on-demand fulfilment through Inkthreadable in the UK. The supplier products, colours, sizes, artwork and print or embroidery positions have been mapped before launch.
Does made-to-order mean I cannot return it?
No. These are standard, non-personalised products even though they are produced after an order is placed. Made-to-order production does not by itself remove the normal cancellation rights that apply to standard online purchases. A different rule can apply to goods that are genuinely personalised or made to a customer's individual specification.
How long will an order take?
Production is normally expected to take around 3–5 working days before dispatch, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delivery time is additional. The delivery options, prices and estimates available for the order are shown at checkout.
Will products always be available?
The range is made to order, so finished stock is not held in the same way as a traditional clothing store. Supplier availability of particular blanks, colours or sizes can still change. If an ordered variant cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and the order will be resolved appropriately.
How do I choose a size?
Use the garment measurements shown on the T-shirt and hoodie product pages and compare them with a garment you already own and like the fit of. Measurements are approximate.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described?
Contact customer service with your order details and photographs where useful. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and your statutory rights are not affected.
Can I change my mind?
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, UK customers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. See the Delivery & Returns and Refund Policy pages for the full process and any applicable exceptions.

Guys Guys Guys is Nigel's recurring catchphrase and the unifying line across the launch collection.
Are product images exact photographs of the item I will receive?
Some store imagery may use product mockups to show the design and placement. Colours and scale can vary slightly between screens, mockups and the finished item. The product description and selected variant determine what is supplied.
