Returns and cancellations
Our standard launch products are made to order, but they are standard, non-personalised goods. Made-to-order production does not by itself remove the cancellation rights that normally apply to online purchases.
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, UK customers normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel. After giving notice of cancellation, they normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return or cancellation, email nigeledwards1965@gmail.com with your order number and the item concerned. Nigel will provide the applicable return instructions.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. Where the law permits, an appropriate deduction may be made if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods has reduced their value.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this was disclosed before purchase. If the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.
Refund amount
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, the refund includes the price paid for eligible returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. Extra cost chosen for an enhanced delivery service is not necessarily refundable.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact Nigel as soon as practical with the order details and photographs where useful. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and your statutory rights are not affected.
Personalised goods
If we later offer goods that are genuinely personalised or made to an individual customer's specification, different cancellation rules may apply. Any such exception will be made clear before purchase. The current standard Nigel The Caravan Man launch range is not being treated as personalised merchandise.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, refunds are made within the applicable legal timeframe, which can depend on when returned goods are received or evidence of return is supplied.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights provided by UK consumer law or any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
