Products and orders
The store offers Nigel The Caravan Man merchandise. Product images and descriptions are provided to help you understand what you are buying, but minor differences can occur in colour, placement or appearance because of screens, manufacturing and print processes.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise begin processing it, subject to payment authorisation, product availability and any lawful checks. If we cannot accept an order, any payment taken for the affected item will be dealt with appropriately.
Made-to-order fulfilment
Launch merchandise is produced to order. We may use Inkthreadable or another disclosed fulfilment provider to manufacture, pack or dispatch products on Nigel's behalf. Nigel remains the seller responsible to the customer for the order.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless the storefront displays another supported currency. Nigel is not currently VAT registered, so no UK VAT registration number is displayed. The product price and delivery charge shown at checkout form the amount charged by the store, subject to any separately disclosed duties, import taxes or charges that may arise for international deliveries.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Shopify or other payment providers and can be subject to their own security and processing requirements.
Delivery
Available delivery destinations, methods, prices and any estimates are shown on the store or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise outside reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return eligible goods and obtain refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. Standard made-to-order merchandise is not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation rights merely because it is produced after an order is placed. Any genuinely personalised or bespoke item will be identified separately where different rules apply.
Faulty or misdescribed products
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
Intellectual property
The branding, artwork, photographs, video, copy and other creative material used on this store are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer ownership of those rights or grant permission to reproduce the designs commercially.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material or use the store for unlawful purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable consequences of a breach, subject always to rights and remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfilment providers, carriers and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy information may apply to your direct use of those services.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, suppliers or legal requirements. The terms applying to an order will not be retrospectively changed to remove rights you already have.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller in England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live remain unaffected.
